I started Celine's Original .GIFs (renamed to Celine's Original Graphics in 2006) back in 1995, after I discovered I had the ability to make web graphics which other people seemed to like. It's always been my goal to keep them in the public domain so anyone can use them without jumping through hoops to do so. How these graphics and pages were created: I use Paint Shop Pro. I never felt comfortable with Photoshop (or its high price), and have found PSP to be intuitive and well suited to my needs. And it's much cheaper, which is definitely a good thing. On the web design front, I use Macromedia Dreamweaver, though I do almost all of my web page creating by hand. WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) editors drive me crazy... I want full control over what I create, and such editors don't provide it. Dreamweaver gives me both, which I appreciate greatly. By trade, I'm a professional web designer, former newspaper columnist, and former instructor of web design and web graphics.
