Yanni's Reflections of Passion Video

Once upon a time there was a Yanni video for the song Reflections of Passion. Since it is no longer in production, and copies are almost impossible to find, I am providing some stills from the video. Please, do not copy, redistribute these photos, etc., since they are copyrighted.

The video was originally packaged as part of a box set, which contained a video (with the RoP video and a Yanni interview), an autographed photo, and three Yanni CDs or cassettes (depending on the version of the box set you find or have) -- Dare to Dream, In My Time, and Reflections of Passion. If you want to try to find this set, look for a black box with 'Yanni' on the side, and a photo of Yanni on the cover -- he's wearing a black shirt with a darkish blue jacket. The box is about the size of an old LP record cover, only much thicker.

The Story of the Video - More or Less

We see a boy (Yanni as a child) practicing the piano while some girls are practicing ballet nearby. The boy Yanni seems to like one in particular, and she notices him, as well.

Then it cuts to a grown Yanni playing the piano (with a small orchestra) by the pool, and a woman, who was the girl ballet dancer, is dancing around. This particular area is edited nicely, and augments the music well.

Then Yanni and the woman are frolicking on the beach -- she even tries to teach him a few ballet moves -- and throw a frisbee to a dog. He's also swimming in a pool, and she's sitting on the edge. He and she are also sitting at the piano after having apparently just emerged from the pool.

Then, for a reason we don't know, things go bad between the woman and Yanni. She leaves, he looks depressed, he sits by a fire, and plays the piano some more.
